Protective bumper stabilizes wheel base when drawers are opened. Stainless steel breakaway locking system for security. Unibody steel with powder-coat finish, topped with stainless steel top rail/push handle and removable plastic top. Emergency Package includes extendable IV pole, drop shelf, 4 utility hooks, and oxygen tank holder.
